At GetMee.fit, we offer personalized digital diet plans that are delivered instantly after payment. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales made on GetMee.fit are final. Since the product is customized based on user input and delivered instantly via WhatsApp and Email, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental order placement
  • Failure to consult a medical professional before use

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

As all plans are delivered instantly upon successful payment, cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.
