At GetMee.fit, we deliver personalized digital diet plans instantly via WhatsApp and Email after payment.
Because these products are customized and accessible immediately, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy except in limited circumstances described below.


1. No Refund Policy

  • All sales made on GetMee.fit are final and non-refundable.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Accidental order placement
    • Failure to consult a medical professional before using the plan
    • Technical or user errors (e.g., providing incorrect email or phone number)

2. Exceptions — Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional case:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order.

How to Request a Refund for Duplicate Payment

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the purchase.
  2. Provide proof of duplicate payment, such as:
    • Transaction IDs
    • Payment confirmation screenshots
    • Bank or payment gateway statements showing the duplicate charge
  3. We will verify the duplicate transaction. If confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Processing time: Refunds for verified duplicate payments will be processed within 7–10 business days. Actual posting time may vary by bank or payment provider.


3. Cancellation Policy

Because personalized diet plans are delivered instantly upon successful payment, cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.
There are no cancellation procedures or cancellation fees to apply — cancellation requests received after payment cannot be honored.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Products & Services

All personalized digital diet plans and any related instant-delivery services sold through GetMee.fit are non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered.
