At GetMee.fit (www.getmee.fit), we provide instantly delivered, personalized digital diet plans. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we process and deliver your order after successful payment.

1. Product Type

All products sold on GetMee.fit are digital and customized based on the information you provide during checkout. There is no physical shipment involved.

2. Delivery Method

Your personalized diet plan will be delivered digitally to the contact details you submit:

  • WhatsApp: For customers with Indian mobile numbers
  • Email: For all customers, globally

3. Delivery Timeline

Once your payment is confirmed:

  • You will receive your personalized PDF diet plan within approximately 10 minutes.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to server load or messaging delays.

4. Order Completion

Your order is considered fulfilled once the PDF plan has been successfully sent to your WhatsApp number and/or email address.

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your plan within 30 minutes, please check your spam/promotions folder or message us directly via WhatsApp or email. We will assist you promptly.
